This is my soon to be famous sick spray that saved me from getting real sick. I don't think I have ever had a sore throat for only 1 1/2 days. Has anyone? This sick spray is made of Silver Shield, Onguard Essential Oil, Lemon Essential Oil, and Water. LOVE IT!
Sayla ran her first 5K. It was lots of fun. she was so good. She slept the whole time. It was a chilly morning, and I was not really dressed to accomidate the changing weather. I haven't really exercised in the cold yet this year.
Out to dinner with the Loveless's. Olive Garden is so yummy!
